PATIENT INFUSION ACCESS IS BEING UNFAIRLY LIMITED!

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT.  Community Specialist Care Centers serving Patients are targets of CMS! Some of you may have heard the BUZZ and are aware, and some others may have already been affected.

We are asking donations of $1k, $2K or $5K to support this critical initiative.

 

The protocols used to care for our patients Pre-infusion, Infusion and Post Infusion to deliver high quality, safe and effective treatments are mistakingly be RECLASSIFIED as if we were injecting normal saline.  This misguided policy is slated to begin on June 6 for Florida and the other states covered under the Novitas carrier (Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Region 3 Pennsylvania and contiguous states)

 

Unfortunately, peers and patients in other states have already been negatively impacted.  We need to protect our patients now!  AARA ,powered by Bendcare, members can help in coalition with other stakeholders:

     Florida Society of Rheumatology (FSR) is leading the way in collecting data from rheums (across the country). Completing the survey link below (irregardless of the state you practice) will capture meaningful evidence that reflects the level of work and oversight associated with patients access to in-office infusions.

     AARA powered by Bendcare is collecting funds for this advocacy campaign. Monies are needed to fund our legal strategy - in multiple states - to stop this from going into effect on June 6. We are recommending donations of $1K, $2K or $5K to fund this endeavor.
