Hello, I'm starting this in partner with Sonnita, Diana, Sheree ,Jace and myself, Rachel.
Victoria was a loving daughter, wife , mother and friend. She will be missed tremendously
Rachel - My story with knowing Vic is that I met her when I worked at the navy exchange. I don't even remember how I met her but she was literally just one of the nicest people and every day to see her and knowing what kind of fun shenanigans we were going to get into at work made being there a lot better and I could see her happy , smiling face. She would just make the day go by so much faster make it so much better. She was also one of the first people to be there for me with my pregnancy with Rylan. She and Sonnita also threw me a baby shower for Rylan because as a military family you struggle sometimes to find friends and with this group of girls I immediately felt like I fit in and they loved Rylan right off the start. So it was just amazing to find friends that were this good from the start and still remain this caring and loving. I was over the moon when I found out Vic was pregnant but also scared for her because of her Lupus. I know her sister had complications and I worried for her. Sybil was born 7 weeks early and Vic was in and out of the hospital with complications.
Sheree - I don't know how we met just that she started out as my boss .And then we became the best of friends in our group of friends. Only that she will be missed every single day
Diana - How we met.... hmmmm.... Lol. Me and Sheree were both behind the registers when Jen came up to us with Vic and told us she was going to be our lead. Vic smiled and carried on. I was annoyed because she didn't say her name or nothing. So Vic says I was behind the register mean mugging her in my chola style. Lmfao. And it was history after that
Sonnita - For me..Vic trained me when I started and she was the one that invited me to one of the dinners at Sheree. Without her, I wouldn't know any of you.
Unfortunately, her body could not fight any longer with the complications and Lupus and she had an untimely passing on October 11, 2022.
We are asking for donations to help support Jose and Sybil during this time of transitioning. Jose is a former Marine and Sybil is 4 months old. Please donate what you can, we are trying to find formula and diapers to keep that part a little easier for Jose and family as well.
