In September, Rob and Allison welcomed their second son, Vincent, into this world. He was joining proud big brother Davis (18 months.) During this exciting and joyous time they got devastating news that Allison was diagnosed with Stage IIIB Breast Cancer.
With a combined 36 week aggressive treatment of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation, the Elrod family will be mentally, physically, and financially stretched thin. Along with the daily living expenses of raising two young boys they will need to find a way to afford expensive co-pays for various doctor visits, to pay for gas for the added transportation, and to make room for any additional hardships they may encounter along the way.
