Ramadan food packages for Yemen 2025

Our aim this year is to raise funds to provide families in Yemen with food packs, specifically, the Village of Morabeah.

What we plan to provide per home: - A bag of rice - A bag of flour - A bottle of cooking oil - A packet of dates.

We will be working alongside Morabaah Charity Association which is a non-profit organisation. ( you can find them here: https://morabaah-uk.org/en/الرئيسية-english/) and plan on transferring all donations to our trustworthy friend and volunteer, Mohammad Abdulhakeem, based in Yemen, who we have worked with successfully over the years. Himself and his team will source and distribute the food packs successfully.

Over the years, we have managed to raise over £10,000 collectively, which has helped significantly in providing those less fortunate with food packages and clothes. I hope this year we can continue helping those in need, remember that every little helps.

In 2019, we raised funds to help refurbish Al Ghailan School, which was on the brink of being demolished due to it being a hazard for its pupils. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the refurbishment was delayed as getting the materials was deeming to be very difficult. However, fortunately, I’m proud to say that we have gotten an update that the exterior work had been complete and that they are currently working on the interior of the school. Credit to you all who donated and believed in the cause.
