Our Brave Bennett – A Warrior at Just Six Years Old

It’s hard to put into words what our sweet Bennett has been through. After having a brain tumor removed, he fought his way back with incredible strength — through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a fierce determination to be the active, joyful child we know and love.

But just as we started to breathe again, another battle began. A lesion was found in the bone above his eye. Surgery followed. And the news no parent should ever have to hear came with it — an aggressive form of cancer.

Now, at only six years old, Bennett is facing something no child should have to face. He will begin weekly chemotherapy treatments, and because of the risks, he can no longer attend school or be around large groups of children. That’s an especially hard sacrifice for a six-year-old who just wants to play, learn, and laugh with his friends.

This journey is not easy, but Bennett is a warrior. He is strong, he is brave, and he is not giving up.

We are asking for your prayers, your good thoughts, and your words of encouragement. Every message, every gesture of support reminds us that we’re not alone — and gives Bennett a little more strength to keep fighting.
