Help Us Fix Our Roof and Cut Down The Tree

On 9/26/ 2019,  I hired a man to cut down a tree on my property. The
tree limb caused the damage to my roof, the mast, and the meter box is off the wall.  He lied about being insured. He claimed to know what he 
was doing because he's been cutting down trees since he was 12 years old.

Our insurance will not cover any of the damage to my house. We are 
having to sue the guy but it'll take 60 days to get him to sue in court.

We are in desperate need. This is the emergency we're facing.
