Help by DONATING to CECILIA fund
Cecilia Bustamante, a Filipina woman, originally from Ilo-Ilo Philippines disappeared since October 28, 2016.
The Filipino -American community and leaders of various Filipino-American organizations in Georgia (The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia (PACCGA), Filipino-American Association of Greater Atlanta, the Philippine American Women's Association of Georgia (PAWAG), Makabayan Georgia, Inc. SARANAI) joined forces in an effort to find her. The family of Cecilia Bustamante has given us the authority to pursue this search through a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) since she has no family in Georgia who can help them with this cause and her husband makes no effort to find her.
On behalf of this campaign, I am reaching out to the public for monetary contribution. We need funds to print flyers, rent billboards, and hire a private investigator to help gather more information about this case . The PhilippineAmerican Women Association of Georgia (PAWAG) will handle the release of funds received from this campaign.
With your help and generosity, we hope to find answers about Cecilia's whereabouts.
Here's an article from local news about her disappearance.
"WOMAN MISSING UNDER SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES IN GEORGIA
Cecilia Bustamante, 42, was last seen on Friday, October 28, 2016, when she frantically left her job on Peachtree Street in Atlanta, GA. Friends state that Cecilia has a 7-year-old son, and she would never leave him. A friend from Baltimore called the police when she failed to show up for Thanksgiving as scheduled. Police said they searched her house and found her personal belongings in a safe. Cecilia’s husband did not report her missing and police do not believe Cecilia left on her own will. Her husband has not been charged in her disappearance at this time. Cecilia is described as 5'2” tall, 110 lbs., with dark shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She has ties to Baltimore, MD and the Philippines.
