Help Tyomi Pay Medical Bills from Surgery

My name is Tyomi, and I am an international Pleasure Coach. I created this Go Fund Me page to receive assistance in paying the medical bills that are piling up from the care I am receiving to treat a rare dental tumor in my right maxillary sinus cavity. It is unclear whether the mass is cancerous or benign, and I am currently consulting the expertise of several experts at Loyola University Medical Center to determine what this is and how to remove it, if extraction is even necessary. My current team of physicians are some of the best in Illinois and they are not covered within my insurance network. I am responsible for paying for everything out of pocket, and taking care of this sensitive condition is becoming a threat to my financial state.
I went into surgery on May 22nd, 2020 for what I thought was going to be a routine 30-minute out patient procedure to remove what my ENT doctor at the time diagnosed as a mucus filled sac. During surgery, she found something far worse than she imagined: a mass the size of a ping pong ball that had broken through the bone in my right sinus cavity. She was able to diagnose this mass as the cause of the tooth pain and headaches I was experiencing for over a year's time, but she wasn't able to remove it before a life threatening bleed occurred. I was rushed into two separate surgeries to save my life, which resulted in me having two embolisms of both the right and left sinuses, hospitalized for two days and in recovery for four weeks.
Recovery wasn't an easy process. I didn't look anything like myself, I couldn't eat solid food or barely open my mouth to speak. I felt embarrassed to face friends and family, and definitely didn't want to face my followers online in such a state. I had to massage my face constantly, use hot and cold compressions, perform consistent nasal rinses, meditate to reduce anxiety and speed up my healing, and use a series of medications to treat the pain. The mix of medications caused my colon to become blocked, leading me to another set of treatments in colon hydrotherapy to prevent further discomfort or sickness.
Two month later, My face's appearance has fully recovered, but I am still in recovery internally. The tumor is still there, a portion of my face is still numb. Thankfully, the headaches and tooth pain I was experiencing for a year's time are no longer an issue. I am currently in observation by a Head and Neck Disorder specialist to monitor how things develop with the mass as I continue to heal. I will have to go through several more imaging tests, medications and possibly another biopsy if the team deems it necessary. If a biopsy is necessary to determine the nature of the tumor, I will have to go through another surgery. This process will take the rest of 2020 to remedy, but I will not give up!
If I have touched your life in any kind of way, if my work impacts your life, then please support me in this campaign. In order for me to show up fully in the work that I do for the world, I must be free of burdening financial debt, and I have to feel safe and supported. Working with the best doctors and receiving the best treatments to resolve this health issue is high priority for me. I want to continue to serve the world with a smile on my face and no cares about my financial security. Whether its $1 or $100, every amount helps and is appreciated. Thank you for holding space for my story.
