Education for a Refugee Family

I have felt helpless about the situation with the Syrian refugees. I decided to see if I could do something productive. Couldn't resist these kids.
The Story:
We are Zaid (12), Sanad (8), and Nada (3). We left Homs last year due to extreme food scarcity and the violence. Our father injured his leg and is unable to find work. Our mother stays at home to take care of him and our younger sister, Nada. We have never attended school, and have worked odd jobs instead. Often, we sell gum and tissues on street corners to help support our family. Since the Karam Team visited our home last month, we no longer work to support our family and we look forward to starting school.
SEPTEMBER 2016 UPDATE: This summer we played a lot at home. Sanad never wanted to go anywhere! That made me sad since I love the park but it’s okay. We are all excited to start school because we want to be successful and lead good lives. We are excited to make friends and to study. We are really excited to learn how to read, especially Zaid. We will not miss the summer because we are so happy to be starting school.
How the funds will be used
The money raised for this campaign will go to the three children's educations, to cover the costs of tuition, and for living expenses. The cost for each child to attend school and pay for basic needs is $50 a month. To sponsor this family for a year is $2000, which includes fees . The money will be distributed by the Karam Foundation and their trusted aid networks that deliver relief and services in Reyhanli and across Syria.
