After 3 long years today July 13,2015 Jeremy Hill finally received his kidney and pancreas transplant.although the worst seems like its over..they will now carry another burden.Jeremy has lost his eye sight and his wife Brittany has been the only one working in the home and due to his transplant she will be unable to work so she can care for him while hes in the ICU while he recovers and also so she can stay home and take care of him and their 2 young daughters. which means they will have financial struggles.If you could help eliminate the extra stress of bills and keep them from worrying about how they will pay them anything would help and our family would be extremely greatful for any assistance they can receive during this time.
