My Turkish Surgery Hell.

Help me to sue the clinic that left me with permanent damage and life altering complications.

I have finally found someone that can represent me and bring a case against the Turkish Surgeon that left me fighting for my life.

☆I had weight loss surgery in Turkey in November 2022.

☆It was utterly botched. I nearly died from complications and Sepsis twice in a 3 month period and I'm still fighting for my life in hospital now.

☆ I've not eaten solid food since November.

☆ Currently Nil By Mouth, being tube fed via a tube through my nose down to my bowel(Jejunum)

☆They over stapled my new stomach, made it far too small and stapled up in to my oesophagus. 

☆I have a leak... a hole in the staple line. 

☆My stomach entrance is so tiny I can't get food in, So tiny the endoscope could barely fit in.

☆I knew there was something wrong on day 2, I kept telling them I was in pain and their response was 'keep drinking' 'its normal' and 'keep walking' (I am a wheelchair user). I was in so much pain and all they gave was paracetamol. 

☆ Already disabled with several conditions (Not weight related) 

☆The pain worsening by the hour... I messaged my rep but never got a reply until I landed back in Liverpool. 

☆ Contacted my GP and arranged a blood test for the next available appointment

 

☆GP called the day after and said get to hospital NOW!

☆ I have been fighting for my life ever since with no comment made by the Turkish clinic other than 'send hospital report and we will make a plan'
