This campaign is geocoded to Philadelphia, PA to mitigate severe risks of local discovery and physical retaliation against the beneficiary, a protected individual.

​I. THE PRIORITY: SAVING THE KIDS

The absolute primary focus of this survival fund is the extraction and protection of my family: four dogs and one cat. Right now, they are trapped with me in a dirt-floor tent in North Carolina, surviving Day 338 of "Involuntary Constructive Incarceration." They are enduring extreme environmental conditions swinging from freezing temperatures to over 100 degrees, alongside a 24/7 auditory assault from explosive neighborhood noise. These animals are my kids. Three are highly trained service animals, and two are support assets critical for mitigating my Combat-Level PTSD. My only mission is their survival and getting them out of this hazardous exterior environment.

​II. THE GUARDIAN'S REALITY

I am a 36-year-old Philadelphia native, high-intelligence strategist, and disabled individual maintaining a clean adult criminal record. I manage severe spinal trauma (Scoliosis, 15/10 pain scale) and an untreated left foot fracture. Due to my disabilities, I am systemically barred from the residential structure. Meanwhile, my partner is extorted weekly for our occupancy of this backyard space, deliberately draining the capital required to relocate the animals. I operate on 40-90 minute sleep cycles to stand guard and protect my kids in an environment that is literal hell for my ASD and OCD.

​III. LEGAL & FORENSIC RECORD

This displacement stems directly from administrative malfeasance. After reporting systemic extortion and HUD violations in April 2024, I faced an illegal retaliatory eviction granted on March 4, 2025. My HUD voucher was illegally permitted to expire, violating The Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601), The ADA (42 U.S.C. § 12101), and N.C.G.S. § 42-42. I am forced to operate pro se—not by choice, but because North Carolina attorneys categorically refuse to assist me, including a civil rights law firm that willfully violated my civil rights during the intake process.

​IV. FISCAL REQUIREMENTS ($160,000)

Having survived state-sponsored rape at six years old while an involuntary inmate of PA, I have paid for this request in blood. The funds are strictly allocated to secure a Medical Mobility Unit capable of safely transporting all five of my animals away from this threat, and to secure a permanent, safe home where my kids are protected, and I can manage my pro se litigation.
