Hello my name is Lily Mercado and I need your help. Any amount of money you can donate is a blessing and is appreciated. This is all for Orlando's fight for LIFE! Orlando is (6) six years old and was diagnosed August 8,2014 with (medulloblastoma) cáncer and a brain tumor. Since then he has gotten two(2) surgeries and has gone through 30 radiation treatments.

We were also told in his diagnosis that his brain tumor is a (Ependimoma Tumor) which is usually found in kids from ages 6-8. His tumor was so big that they had to go into emergency surgury on August 9, 2014 to have a valve placed in his head to drain the pressure which was causing vomiting, nausea and discordination when walking with dizzines. If we had not gone through this emergency surgery Orlando would have passed away. It is by God's grace that we found it before it was too late. After the surgury was done we needed to get a second surgury to remove the tumor from his cerebelum which controls his movment. This surgury lasted 12 1/2 hours.

I have been working hard and if your a parent you understand that you will do everything in your being to save your kids life. I never thought that I would be going through this with my son. I am working on raising the funds to support Orlando's chemotherapy and alternative medicine treatment through GOFUNDME.  

As a mother of four(4) soon to be five(5) I couldn't handle the emotional stress that it brings not to know about the future of my child. Well after all this we took Orlando to the neurosurgen and he informed us that Orlando would need to have radiotherapy (radiation) to reduce the reocurance of the brain tumor . He has had thirty(30) sessions of radiation. His lást one was just yesterday October 8, 2014.  Betweenn August 8,2014 and September 30, 2014 we found out that he has (Ependimoma) and was miss diagoned and in fact he has a medulloblastoma that was malignant and has spread  to his spinal córd. This is the toughest painful journey we have gone through. The pain to see a young boy, my son go through and not now how to explain what is happening to his body it fills me with tears of sadness and at the same time some how I have the strength to keep going for Orlando.

Now I am asking for your help to garther funds to help pay for Olrando's Chemotherapy and alternative medicine treatment. The only treatment at this point is through one of the alternative treatment clinics in Mexico. I want to send Orlando to a clinic we in Mexico. I found out about this clinic and what gives me strength is that there is a very high success rate of remission. This is me giving it everything and my hope for him to live. I need over $80,000. for treatments and surgeries. I understand that not everyone can afford to pay a large sum of money but a little bit of money from a lot of people can really make a huge difference. 

Please. I need help this is his chance to fight for his life!  I pray for a long life  and a safe recovery. Please help me help him. #fightforlife
