Help Me Produce My EP

I've loved to sing my entire life! And I've always had dreams of becoming a professional vocalist. I never really followed through on my dream because I spent the first half of my life raising my 2 children Samiiyah and Shakar Jr.
As fate would have it, 2 years ago, I was laid off from my job on April 1, 2015. On April fools day! I decided 2 things on that day:
1. I will relentlessly pursue my dream of becoming a professional vocalist.
2. I would never be anyone's fool ever again!
It has been far from easy but, Trust that I have not looked back since!
I've recorded over 100 demos of songs I've written and arranged. I have performed on many stages at various shows, open mics and showcases in the NYC area from Milk River in Brooklyn at The Legends Concert Series to BB Kings in Times Square at The Soul Factory. I performed on a "Sold Out" yacht sponsored by Hot 97 to Amateur Night at the Apollo. I have won numerous vocal competitions including the Amatuer Night at the Apollo's "Making a Star" competition. I even performed on the world famous stage in September 2016. I made made my stage-acting debut in the off-Broadway stage play musical "Life Insurance" in December 2016. In January 2017 I became a professional background vocalist working with 3 bands.
I am currently in the process of recording my 1st EP so that I can start headlining my own shows by this time next year. It is untitled at this point. But, I want to assure you that this project will be recorded the right way and so I need your help. I have met so many amazingly talented individuals in the entertainment industry over the past 2 years who have welcomed me with open arms as their peer. Now I feel like I am ready to work and make my contribution to the world through the power of Music! I can not do this by myself. No man is an island. So, If you believe in me, my work ethic, my character, my SOUL and my talent, please donate what you can.
The monies collected will go directly toward the payment of Professional Musicians who will be hired to play on the EP and give it the quality sound you have come to love in R&B/Soul Music from the 60s through the 90s. It will also pay for Studio Time in a State-Of-The-Art recording facility including Recording Engineers who will Mix and Master the finished product. I will also use the proceeds for Art Work, Photography, Print Work and a Website! As soon as the EP is completed it will be available to purchase.
Anything you can give will help from $1 and up. If you donate $20 or more, I will send you 3 demo versions of songs that will be considered for the final EP. And I will make sure you get a free autographed copy of the EP when it becomes available.
