Help My Mom feel her Best during Chemotherapy

Donation protected
Hi everyone!
I'm Amanda and I am here asking for help for my mom, Lisa. She is my rock, my greatest cheerleader, supporter and longest best friend since I was a teenager.

If you have never met my Mom, she is someone you will want to know. She is a one of a kind person who has a fun and energetic personality that makes every day with her an adventure. My Mom is someone who has compassion and love for others and is the first to help in any way she can. She's creative and innovative and always ready to help make another's day a little brighter. She has a heart of gold who is kind, loving and cares about everyone around her, whether they are family, friends, acquaintances or strangers. My mom is a wife, mother, grand-mother, care giver and genuinely an amazing person. She has touched so many lives in her almost 50 years. She has given, literally, the shirt off her back.... but she also doesn't know how to ask for help.

On August 1st my mother was Diagnosed with Stage 2 Triple Positive Breast Cancer. She has been researching everything under the sun about this diagnosis and because it is HER2+ and aggressive she has no option other than to have very aggressive chemo therapy. She has a 95% chance of complete remission with chemotherapy , surgery and
This is where I come in. She is set to begin chemotherapy on October 26th and her fear is not of the cancer diagnosis, the chemo or even the surgery... her heart is breaking at the thought of losing her hair. In researching these past two months we've found an FDA approved system called the 'Penguin Cold Cap' that can help her save her hair (or a great portion of it). It is extremely expensive to rent the Cold Cap and her hospital ( or any of the companies she's contact ) do not have funding or assistance for it. It is her hopes and prayers to get this system in time to begin her chemo.

Overall, my mom wants to be able to look in the mirror and see her sunny, happy go lucky, carefree Mary Poppins self and not a sick cancer patient. This isn't about vanity. It's about her keeping her mental state in a great place to keep her spirits up to face this fight head on full force.

Please help me make her 50th BIRTHDAY dream come true and donate to this amazing cause. She will be eternally gratefully and it will truly make this experience less stressful than it already is.

Thank you in advance !! Have a blessed day !!!
