26/03/2020: Thank you for the incredible response. We have now launched our grocery delivery service for all NHS employees at Lewisham Hospital. We're going to try and expand it as quickly as possible to the other key NHS services in the borough. We are updating our order portal soon so that it will have a tick box for 'are you in financial distress' (or something similar). If an NHS employee is finding it difficult to buy food, we will use your GoFundMe donations to pay for their boxes every week. They can also come to The Point to get other essentials from 7am-11pm every day.

We are a community hub based out of ‘The Point’ at 401, Lewisham High Street. We are coordinating donations of essential foods, household products and other essential materials from businesses in the Lewisham and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to help our vital NHS workforce stay as safe and healthy as possible, and to help them maximise their rest time. We also want them to avoid unnecessary vectors of Covid19 transmission (specifically, supermarkets and other busy shopping areas).

The NHS is our shield when we are ill, let's try and be their shield now.
