This GOFUNDME PAGE is for our single mom, Laurie Frank, who is battling cancer a second time. We thought she beat Breast Cancer with surgery/treament 2.5 years ago, but it has reappeared as Ovarian Cancer with multiple spots in her abdomen as well. Laurie is such a loving person and always puts everyone else first. She is a 4k teacher at a Private School. She chose the Private School environment due to her strong faith and love of God. Though we are struggling with this diagnosis, we all understand this is God's plan and we must fight, as a family, through this illness. Her surgery was on Monday 3/27 at Froedert Hospital, and she will start five full months of chemo immediately afterward. She is trying to maintain work as much as possible, but work is not possible in her 6 week surgery recovery time. Between her last cancer battle, current deductibles, things not covered by insurance and the eventual gas for 5 months of chemo, her savings and retirement will be gone. If you can assist, even the smallest donation will be appreciated. If you cannot donate, please consider saying a prayer for our courageous mom.
