As some of you know, Larry recently had a medical incident that has laid him up for quite some time now. This incident has prevented him from working and being able to maintain his livelihood. Larry has been my investigator and friend for over 10 years now. Over the years he and I have worked on many cases together ranging from simple to complex high profile murder cases. I remember going to crime scenes late at night. Even when Larry wasn’t feeling well he always made himself available (Maxwell park gang murder case). He and I have gone to some neighborhoods that my mother wouldn’t particularly feel comfortable with me going to and I can’t say I was comfortable either (Tommy Lee Lewis case). I could have never visited these scenes unless I fully trusted Larry.

            I’ve also known Larry in different aspects of his life, such as his being a guitarist for Paulies Band. Larry has always been the kind of person who commits himself to other individuals and doesn’t do it for self-benefit, he does it because he cares. Larry has earned my respect in many different ways, particularly through his professionalism and friendship. I think it’s important that we show him that we care by doing whatever we can to help Larry get reestablished when he gets out of rehabilitation.
