Help Heal KLAUS!

Please help me raise money to pay for my 8 month old German Sheperd's surgery! I adopted him from San Bernadino and treated him for parvo at 8 weeks and he managed to survive! Now at 8 months he has been hit by car! He is in so much pain and so lethargic, he is usually such an outgoing, rambunctious guy but he will barely lift his head for us now. His femoral head is fractured (the ball at the top of his femur that goes into the hip socket/joint) and he has major road rash all over his inner thighs and genitals. He is such a sweet boy, no matter what we or the Vets try to do to him he doesn't try to fight it. We were at the ER Pet Hospital last night but had to take him home because we could not afford overnight treatment. He is stable but in alot of pain. We have to treat him at home as we do not have the funds for this surgery or the hospital stay. So in the meantime we have him confined on his bed in our bedroom and on pain medication. We are supposed to take him back to the vet on Wednesday the 29th to see how the swelling is doing, it's possible he could have fractured or dislocated his pelvis as well, we will recheck X-rays and know more come Wednesday. This dog is an amazing boy, he has had it rough since the day he was born and we are committed to making sure he gets to make it to his senior years and has a loving life. 
Please help him, We just can't stand seeing him this way, it is so heart breaking and so hard to watch. I am a single mom and am doing everything I can to come up with money. My daughter feels so horrible and is so distraught from seeing her best friend and protector get hit by a car. They say it will be about $2,500 to do surgery and another $1000 for meds and rechecks.
