Hi, my name is Kayla and I never imagined I’d be here asking for help. I’m 32 weeks pregnant with our third daughter, and life has thrown us some unexpected challenges all at once.

Back in May, my husband lost his job, and we had to move an hour and 45 minutes away to start over. Our house is still on the market, and while we’re doing our best to catch up on bills, it’s been difficult to stay afloat. To make things harder, I was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and my Medicaid coverage was canceled—leaving me without health insurance during this pregnancy.

Last month the crown on my front tooth broke off. The dentist quoted $2244 for the repair. This isn’t just cosmetic—without the tooth, eating properly while managing my blood sugar is hard, and it’s taken a toll on my confidence as I prepare to welcome our baby girl into the world.

I am humbly asking for help to cover this urgent dental work. Every dollar will go directly toward repairing my front tooth so I can stay healthy, nourish my pregnancy, and feel like myself again before my little one arrives.
