We all know the one about how it's easy to advise a friend to reach out for help but reaching out for help for yourself feels impossible. This is so me and I suspect others here.

I'm Kate Krupke and I'm asking for some serious help, a shot in arm to get through November and possibly some of December.

I've been going through some serious medical stuff and recently lost my job, all of which have prevented me from listing open rooms in my home. Because of that, I've been paying the full rent of $1,830 plus bills at around $130 for a couple of months now as I couldn't show the house.

The biggest challenge at the moment is keeping my mental health from spiraling. Everything that I need to do is step by step and keeping my health, mental and physical, as solid as I can. I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

A little back story:

Nearly 18 years ago I was in a car accident that caused serious chronic pain. My doctor and I are still chasing the issues. My condition now limits my options for work and is the main reason for my unemployment.

I am looking for something new, but the exhaustion, both physical and emotional, is a constant but step by step... I'll get back on my game!

I know everyone is feeling the pinch in some way. I see a place to land and am feeling better everyday, mostly lol.

I'm asking for your help to get me through.
