Help My Grandpa Angel (Fire)

Angel Ruiz is my Grandpa and father of my mom Becky Maiden and aunt Irene Garcia.  Monday night, 12 June 2017, he was awakened by his wife to find that their home in North Hollywood was on fire.  The flames transferred over from an apartment next to their home, which police authorities suspect was lit via arson.  Their house burned down and the front window of his SUV has been cracked.  They aren't sure yet what if anything can be salvaged from inside as the Fire Department hasn't cleared them to enter.

My Grandpa is retired and his wife works clearning homes.  He was renting a place at an unheard of low price (they will not find a two-bedroom for $850/m again) but did not have renters insurance; we don't know yet when or if the landlord will be reparing the house.  In the mean time, his money has been going towards eating out and he is hoping to live in a shack behind the original home.  The shack has no applicances at this time.  You can contact me if you have clothes, bedding or apliance donations.

My Grandpa had taken a sleeping pill that night and his wife had trouble waking him up; they breathed in so much smoke in the time it took to wake him that my Grandpa couldn't speak for a few days.  We are all so incredibly humbled and grateful to the Lord for keeping my Grandpa alive!  If you can make any contribution in helping him and his wife get back on their fee, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
