FRIENDS are in ALL Together! Brain Tumor Fund

Friends are in all together! I know that to be true in my life! I am blessed to have Miguel as my friend! But, when you get a call from your friend to say the doctor visit didn’t go well. You can’t help but to feel like a punch to your stomach. And, following the words you hear is: It is a BRAIN TUMOR! It is big, and an emergency surgery is required. I was paralyzed. For once, I was not making jokes or laughing with Miguel, who loves to tease about silly things, and make people laugh. Such a free spirit, that would make you feel better before leaving the scene. All the time! As if it was a movie, clips of great moments, birthdays, life transitions, and even hard-times, play in a split of a second in my mind! How is this possible? How can this be happening to a person that gives sooo much LOVE and CARE to the people around him? Miguel has been the friend that showed me the real LOVE of GOD! How? Not by saying it, but showing me with his deeds. He was the one whom I could count for a prayer, to do a small/big project, or to simply drink a cup of coffee. Miguel is not only a great friend, he has a beautiful family. He has three beautiful teenagers, and his oldest just started college. Miguel and his wife Claudia are a great support to many people and couples in need. They are healing facilitators! They are not afraid! They are believers. They believe in miracles, and pray fervently for others in need. They have seen people come broken and leave restored. They have dedicated their lives to the service of others and prayer is part of their daily breath. During difficult times is when we show our friends how much we love them and care for them! Today, when I called Claudia, I asked: How can I be of help to your family? Her response was: PRAY. JUST PRAY! I am here to ask you to not only PRAY for my dear friend Miguel, but to help with anything $5, $10, to be able to help his family with their medical expenses, and bills that come along with this major BRAIN TUMOR surgery coming up!
