Help for Partner Visa

My name is Range, I would like to thank you in advance for reading this, everything you can do helps, even something as simple and small as a share or reblog!
I'm just an average and quite frankly boring 21 year old from America. I made the urgent decision to go to Australia to save the life of my very best friend, Alan.
Alan is a trans man and was suffering greatly with his mental health (depression, anxiety and disphoria) as well as with his transition. Out here he had no one anymore after his family all but abandoned him, aside from his sister that did everything in her power to help.
essentially we are all each other has.
What was supposed to be a three month trip ended becoming a relationship and has gone onto almost two years now
We even got engaged in September!
On the 10th of March, 2016, my visa runs out and I must leave Australia as I have no other visas I can apply for, save for the Partner Visa (as my partner is Transgender and same sex marriage is currently not a legal thing here...) which costs a crippling $6,800AU (roughly $4906US or £3269GPB).
I had saved up for this goal, until our dog contracted parvovirus and a lot of those savings were drained to save his life. I don't regret it, he lived and he's happy, healthy and an amazing boy. Our dog was very instrumental in helping Alan on his worst days, making him smile through hs depression and keeping him company while I was out at work.
Our pup makes us a small family, our cats and rabbit too!
If I go back to America now not only will I be homeless with no where to go or a job to step into, as well as being seperated from my partner but we would also have to give up our animals!
In addition to working I also fill in as the main care giver for my partner as he needs me due to suffering from a chronic pain condition (Hypermobility and Hypermyalgia) and epilepsy.
While working I'm desperately trying to find other jobs and more work because my contract with my current job comes in an end in Early to Mid Janurary, leaving me with little option to save.
I don't really know where else to turn with so little time left. Which is why I'm hoping you can help us.
Our lives are good and hopeful for the first time ever and I'm not about to give that up and leave it behind.
I'm happy to pay back anybody who finds it in their heart to help, as I don't really have any perks to offer other than a heartfelt thank you, and a card with a drawing in it. I wish I had more. I don't expect any hand outs, I just plead with the world for a little bit of help that I'd like to repay if you wish it so.
These have been the best two years of my life and I'd love for this to be the rest of my life that I never have to give up. We have hopes and dreams of a long future in a quiet countryside town, I want to be here to see that realised for both of us.
