Crystal Arroyo is my cousin, and she’s always been an independent work of art. She does hair, paints, bakes, creates party decorations, personal commissions, tattoos, and makes clothes. She’s always been creative and resourceful, finding ways to support her family and bring joy to others. Her three boys are her world (as they are mine ). She’s worked hard to navigate life as a single mother. Crystal’s kindness and talent have touched so many people.

Now, she’s facing a tough battle with MS that’s getting worse. She has a lesion in her brain, her right arm went completely numb, shes losing motor skills and vision. The progression of her illness has made it impossible for her to work. Yall know she needs her right arm especially being that is literally what allows her to earn an income.

She is overdue on bills and her medication is very expensive. The stress of trying to keep up with medical costs and rent is overwhelming. On top of everything, she has been in and out of hospitals because there are no specialists with availability any time soon to see her.
