Our sweet baby boy, Colm, was born looking and sounding perfectly healthy. For the first five weeks of his life, we had no idea that a rare and life-threatening venous malformation was silently growing deep within his neck, wrapping around and compressing his airway.

Since then, our lives have become a whirlwind of emergency room visits, hospital stays, MRIs, CT scans, medications, blood work, and procedures. Every day, we watch his breathing closely, knowing that even a simple cold could become an emergency. No parent should ever have to wonder if their baby will be able to take his next breath.

After months of searching for answers, we have been given hope. An internationally recognized specialist in Italy, Dr. Giacomo Colletti, has offered Colm the opportunity to undergo a life-saving procedure that could protect his airway and change the course of his future.

Unfortunately, this journey comes at a tremendous cost out of pocket. Between the specialized treatment, international flights, ground transportation, lodging, and meals, we are facing a minimum of $75,000 in expenses.

As difficult as it is to ask, we are humbly reaching out for help. Every donation brings Colm one step closer to the care he desperately needs. If you are unable to donate, sharing his story and praying for him means more than you will ever know.

Through every setback, we have seen God’s hand over Colm’s life.
