Kelvin Toliver needs your help

Hi my name is Kelvin. I am the fire chief for the Downsville Volunteer Fire Department. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer that is spreading into the surrounding tissue. It’s very difficult for me to keep food down with my condition. I’ve had to quit my job and my savings are depleted.
