Bonnie has been helping homeless people since 2010 --now she needs your help....

My name is Anne Ross. I’ve known Bonnie Brown for eight years. Since 2010, she has been a vital part of Pomona’s homeless outreach community. She serves the community as a housing and resource coordinator. Bonnie helps homeless people get off the streets of Pomona. She delivers hot meals and clothes and provides connections to resources five days a week. Hundreds of homeless families have depended on her for food, shelter and resources over the past 15 years. Unfortunately, Bonnie is currently unable to bring meals to the homeless because her car needs repairs estimated at $2100.

Bonnie is a 72 year old retired senior on a fixed income. As a woman of strong faith, she has dedicated her life to serving others. Her work is supported by local churches, non-profit agencies and private donors that provide food and clothing for her to distribute. Bonnie can be found on the streets of Pomona helping the homeless five days a week--including weekends.
