On March 6, 2020, Reg Nicolay (aka "Big Reg") lost his home and everything in it to a house fire. Reg is a 78 year old disabled cancer survivor. He beat cancer 4 times and enjoyed living independently his mobile home. Sadly, he went out to the store and returned to his home engulfed in flames. It is unclear at this time what started the fire as Reg doesn't cook since he cannot eat solid foods and is only able to drink Ensure for his meals. He loved watching the weather channel and sports and kept a quiet life now that he is unable to work. 

With the cost of living so high in California it is unlikely he will be able to afford to rebuild. His family would like to keep him close and help him get into a retirement home. We hope to raise enough funds to find him a more permanent home as soon as possible. 

Reg also lost all of his cherished belongings, photos, clothing, computer, etc. We are hoping to find him temporary housing while we raise funds for him and try to make his days more comfortable. Any donations and help are greatly appreciated.
