We are raising money for our rad, wonderful friend Ali. On Wednesday, May 5th 2021, Ali broke her leg while roller skating. There were complications and Ali had to undergo two surgeries and spend three nights in the hospital. Thankfully Ali is now recovering at home with help from her spouse, Gleason.

Unfortunately, Ali lacks medical insurance. In addition to the large hospital bill, Ali will need follow-up appointments and therapy. Ali, Gleason, and the hospital are applying to get the bills reduced and partially covered. However, we are still expecting the expenses to be quite high.

We are asking friends and family to help raise money to offset some of the costs that Ali and Gleason are facing so they can focus on helping Ali heal. The money raised will go directly to paying off medical bills (surgery, prescriptions, hospital stay, physical therapy, follow-up appointments). We will keep everyone updated about how donations are spent.
