Urgent Help Needed: Help Us Rebuild Our Lives in Gaza

Hello. I am Soha Al-Haj, married and a mother of two beautiful daughters. Since the beginning of the war on Gaza on October 7th, we have been facing death and displacement, moving from one place to another in search of fleeting safety. Every time the bombing gets closer to us, we flee to a new place; our lives have turned into an endless nightmare. We have tragically lost far too many members of my family.

We are now living under extremely difficult and inhumane conditions, lacking even the most basic necessities of life. We drink contaminated water and suffer from untreated infectious diseases, as healthcare services have been destroyed by the occupation. For over nine months, we have been displaced, homeless, and without any source of income. Our house, once a place of safety and comfort, has been severely damaged due to the relentless bombing. My two precious daughters have been deprived of not only the safety and dignified life that every mother and father strive to provide, but also of an education during their most formative years. We have endured immense pain, sorrow, and loss throughout this endless war; all we have left of our lives are memories.

I am here today to ask for your donations to help us meet our basic needs. Due to the ongoing war, most people, including my family, have had no income or way to provide for themselves since the beginning of this war. The money raised will go towards acquiring essential items such as food, clean water, and medical supplies, and securing stable housing after the tragedy that has damaged our home.
