Hi all, it’s Kate and Reinaldo from Buenos Aires Café in Blackheath. As many of you may know, our restaurant suffered a catastrophic fire. This has been one of the most heartbreaking and life-changing experiences we have ever faced. We have poured our hearts, time, and savings into building our business which we have successfully owned and ran since 2005 and seeing it destroyed has been incredibly difficult.

We are currently going through the insurance process, but over two months later, we are still waiting for answers and remain closed. At this stage, we simply don’t know what the outcome will be or whether we will receive the support we need to rebuild.

If you’re able to help, we’re asking for your support to give us the best possible chance of getting Buenos Aires Café back on its feet. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will hopefully help us move one step closer to reopening our doors and welcoming our wonderful community back.
