Help Ukrainian children get superhero helmets

My name is Christian Betancourt, and I am trying to send custom, 3D-printed superhero helmets to grade school children in Ukraine that have lost a parent in the invasion.

I will be starting off sending helmets directly to my point of contact in Kremenchuk in the Poltava Oblast. She is a primary school teacher and has already identified 4 children in need of some joy. The helmets will be sent directly to her and distributed directly to the children in her care: Ukraine City Kremenchuk.

Misha, a 2nd-grade student, lost his father in the war. The boy has undergone psychological rehabilitation, but he still does not realise that he will never see his father again.

Another family with three boys 8, 10 and 12 years old: Nikita, Dima and Timur. Their father is currently defending Ukraine.

I will be posting regular updates on the progress of the helmets as well as posting pictures when the children receive them.

The donation money will be used to cover the cost of shipping, the material cost associated with constructing the helmets, and lots of American candy. Nothing more.

As donations come in I will be able to increase the amount of helmets shipped.

Received pictures! The Boys liked their helmets. Making necklace pendants for the girls and have two more helmets coming up for the next shipment soon!

Although there was a delay due to a lack of funds, the first shipment was sent out today!!

For those following…unfortunately, the 1st shipment to Ukraine will have to be delayed due to a lack of funds. International shipping to the middle of a war zone is very expensive. I will begin the next two helmets and ship as soon as funds become available
