Help the family of Frank Costanzo with funeral expenses

Please help the Costanzo Family !!

This was Franks story but as most of you know he is not with us anymore. Dana now has a lot on her shoulders with taking care of the house and Julie and Michael along with dealing with the loss of her love of her life and the father of their children and now having to lay him to rest, now is when they really need our help please if you can anything is a blessing.

Frank and Dana and their children Julie and Michael are going through a stressful and emotional roller coaster. At the age of 19, Frank had his first battle with cancer, Hodgkin's Disease, and won. He had upper mantle radiation which would later be the catalyst for all his heart-related health complications. In 1999, he became a Philadelphia Police officer and began working in the 24th district. He spent the majority of his career in that district only leaving for a brief assignment in the Major Crimes division.

In 2008, Frank had his first heart attack and required multiple stents. Then in 2014, he had a bypass and heart valve replacement. During the beginning months of Covid in 2020, he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease for the second time. He started chemo that fall and went into remission the following Spring. Now, despite surviving all of that, his heart is failing and needs a transplant in order to survive. Their home hospital is not putting Frank on the list, so they are already traveling out of state and once a hospital says yes, they will have to relocate for a year after he has a new heart. This means travel expenses, the strain of Dana missing work, maintaining the family home here in Philly, all the while making sure Julie has what she needs for her Junior year at College
