We are raising funds to help my children start their very own lemonade vendor business as Power-Up Lemonade. Their goal is to set up at local events in Orange, Brevard, Seminole and Duval counties, vendor markets, parks, and sports games events (during the upcoming seasons); while learning the value of hard work, responsibility, customer service, and young entrepreneurship. They are extremely excited to begin this journey. They have already put in work and got the LLC, EIN, the inspection for the food permit, designed their menu, and put together a real business plan. Now they are ready to take the next step and bring their idea to life.
The funds raised will help cover startup costs such as the Commissary rental, vendor fees, supplies, cups, ingredients, signage, booth materials, coolers, tables, decorations, and other items needed to operate safely and professionally. This lemonade vendor booth will not only give them a fun business experience, but it will also help support their summer activities, trips, and personal goals. As a mother of five and a full-time student, I’m doing my best to support their dreams while also balancing school, family, and everyday responsibilities. I really want to support their dream and teach them that with planning, effort, and community support, they can build something meaningful.
