Urgent Need for Relocation and Housing Security

Hi, my name is Crystal.

A year ago, I left an abusive marriage and have been raising my three boys on my own.

Since then, I unfortunately have found myself in another abusive relationship, but I have been taking steps to flee, such as the protection order I got that is good for 1 year. My ex is currently in jail for the assault awaiting trial.

We are being evicted.

We have to move out on September 18th.

*We will then be homeless.*

Children's Educational Stability and Well-being

The staff and students at White River School District and especially Glacier Middle School, has been absolutely amazing to them during their time there, especially in the last year. They are known around there as the Brown boys. Some of you may know Christian, CJ and Chayse. They are great kids! I would do anything to keep them in the same school district. Thank you all for your support!

Financial Efforts

I’m doing my best to turn things around for them.

I am now looking for a new full-time job. I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Management degree. I have worked in a hospital setting, home health, flagging, health insurance, 401k, even as a chemical process operator and shelter director. I can do pretty much anything, except cook. Any job leads would be greatly appreciated. I have been doing Instacart, Shipt, Spark and Amazon Flex shopping/delivering. I had previously mentioned child support starting soon, but I received a call from child support saying that their dad is contesting the amount, so there will be a hearing in December. No child support until then.

*My boys and I are willing to do odd jobs or extra work in lieu of donations.*

Seeking Housing Solutions

An organization has agreed to cover first and last month’s rent on a new place. Just need an understanding, private landlord or someone that would let us park an RV on their property. Willing to pay for lot or RV rental.

If you’re a landlord or know someone with a rental (house, apartment, mother-in-law suite, or even an RV or a spot for one) who might give us a chance despite our current situation, please message me. We are open to relocating, hoping to stay within an hour of Buckley. *Even someplace temporary while I continue to look for a place would be amazing.*

Immediate Needs and General Assistance

Immediate Needs:

• uhaul
• storage room
• funds for rental deposit or rv purchase
• oil change
• gas for deliveries

Any amount helps — whether it’s toward housing, the car, or simply gas and groceries. I can provide proof of income, situation, and references.

We have no family to lean on.

I’ve been working with the school counselor, DOC victim services, and other resources, but funding is very limited right now and a lot of family shelters have a waitlist.

I know I’ve struggled and feel like I’ve failed my boys in many ways, but I’m fighting hard every single day to give them safety and stability.
