My name is Russell Scrufari and I am the owner of Russkull's Comics and Collectibles, 45 East Avenue Lockport. As I previously told everyone, I had surgery for lung cancer in February 2023 and then again in November 2024. Roswell Park continues to check on my cancer every six months. After different scans and a biopsy, my worst fear has been realized as it has been diagnosed that my lung cancer has moved to my lymph nodes. I will have to undergo chemotherapy and radiation over the next several months to battle the cancer. I am asking for your continued donations to help out the store during this difficult time as the store may be closed while I go to doctor's appointments and therapy. I have worked very hard to keep my dream alive of owning a comic book store. While I am battling cancer, I need your help and support to keep the store open.
