Help need please urgently

Hi, my name is Helen, I am fundraising on behalf of a lady called Ellen who on the 16 January 2022 had her bin set on fire next to her house and the main gas line.

This has caused significant damage to her home including structural damage and water and smoke damage to the inside of her house. She is a disabled lady with no access to spare funds to be able to replace or repair the items damaged by water and smoke inside the house. Sadly due to the level of damage she is now no longer able to live in her home until the structural repairs are done, electrical damage is resolved and she is able to be reconnected to gas mains for heating and hot water.

Help is needed to cover the cost of damage to the inside of the house which include things like:

- Two carpets need replacing

- Two storage units need replacing

- sofa's need professional cleaning

- beds need professional cleaning

- blinds and curtains need replacing to two rooms

- Redecorating throughout the whole house is required

- Fridge need replacing due to damage

- All food items have to be thrown away and replaced

This lady has done lots to help and support her community over the past 20 years, help individuals in the community and also helping to raise a significant amount of money for different charities, and has never asked for anything in return, even when it has come at her own cost. Now she sadly needs support from others and the community, due to the mindless actions of someone setting fire to her bin right next to her home. So let's show this kind lady that people are there for her, when she needs them, just has she has been for so many others.
