Help our dear friend Cami beat cancer

Cami recently had surgery after being diagnosed with Uterine Cancer, and will be receiving regular chemotherapy and radiation treatments for the next several months. Adding to an already stressful situation, her husband Matt had spinal surgery on his neck around the same time, and is currently undergoing physical therapy.
In the 35 years that I’ve known her, Cami has made significant contributions to the Ithaca community, be it painting children’s faces at local festivals or visiting elementary school classrooms to teach children the importance of empathy and respect in an effort to fight bullying. She is a loving mother and grandmother, and one of the sweetest, gentlest people I know. If you know her, chances are you love her as I do.
During this very difficult time, Cami and Matt need our support. Matt is retired and working on his own recovery, and Cami can’t go back to earning a living painting faces until after her treatments because of her dangerously compromised immune system. Please join me in my effort to raise funds to help with bills and expenses, as well as important things like super healthy food, and other natural remedies to help Cami heal from the negative effects of radiation and chemotherapy, and kick cancer’s butt for good. Any small amount will be greatly appreciated.
