Helping my stepdad Doug

I am asking help raising money to help my stepdads recovery. On Sunday night he fell hitting his head, he was completely unconscious. They rushed him to the hospital by ambulance where we were told he had a massive brain bleed. They had to remove half of his skull to release the pressure. Right now he is currently in New Orleans in ICU. We are needing to move him over here to a rehab to help with the recovery process. Medicaid is not wanting to help cover the transfer from one hospital to the one in FL. But this would have him closer to home and where he needs to be. At the moment this is putting a huge stress on my mom with bills and the uncertainty of how his future will be. At this moment they are not sure how his life will be looking forward. He is going to have to learn to walk, talk, etc all over again. I know in these current times things are tight but if there is anything any of you can do to help us we greatly appreciate it.
