I went to the doctor last week with pain in my ribs, thinking it was probably a pulled muscle, and was very quickly diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. It is fast growing, and has spread to my lymph nodes and my adrenal gland.
I have private insurance, but the deductable is a hefty $6000 per year + $2000 coinsurance, and Chemo is about $8000 per cycle.
This $8000 will get me thru the next 14 months of treatment.
No gift is too small, and if you have to think about it too hard, please do not put yourself in a position that will hurt you.
I thank all my friends and family for the love and support I have received. I am starting Chemo tomorrow, please keep me your your prayers.
