Help a Mother Rebuild Her Life After Betrayal, Domestic Violence And Financial Ruin

My name is kate Ihiechukwukwu Osagie, and I am writing this with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. I never imagined I’d be in this position—publicly asking for support—but life has brought me to my knees, and I have nowhere else to turn.

I am a mother of two beautiful children, and everything I do is for them. Unfortunately, I’ve been caught in an unimaginable situation caused by the very person who was supposed to protect and support us—my husband.

I support my husband with my cheques to get out of jail and to secure accommodation for us, little did I know it was a calculated plan to ruin my life and my family.This used cheques has accumulate debt. When everything came crashing down, he walked away, leaving me to face the consequences alone. Now, I am burdened with debts I didn’t create, including a bounced check that has led to a criminal case, a travel ban, and a block on my legal documents. Because of this, I have lost my job and cannot renew my documents, which means I cannot legally work to support myself or my children.

As if that weren’t enough, my husband has now taken me to court, trying to get me deported. I have been abandoned emotionally, financially, and legally, and I’m fighting not just for myself—but for my two innocent children who depend on me.

My QID has expired for over 8 months now , and everyday I have demurrage for overstay of not renewing my QID. If I can’t clear this debt and renew my documents in time, I risk losing everything: my right to stay, my ability to work, and my children’s future.

Right now, I don’t even have enough money to pay this month’s rent, I have a 3 months jail terms . I am scared. I am overwhelmed. And I am trying my hardest to stay strong—for my kids.
