Help heal Lucy's burns

Donation protected
From Jared:

After two surgeries, multiple other procedures, and the better part of 2 weeks in the hospital, this brave little one walked out on her own and is heading home! So thankful to an amazing team of doctors and nurses at VCU Health but even more so the incredible army that stood beside us, supported us in so many ways and fought so hard in prayer for Lucy. We witnessed a mighty movement of God in these days, both in His deliverance and healing of Lucy, as well as the wave of love and encouragement we experienced through so many gifts, messages, and help in countless ways. Ashley and I can only begin to describe to you what a blessing, a downright rescue, you have been in these past few weeks. Thank you all so much

Update #1

A few days ago, Lucy had an appointment with her doctor who said that Lucy would need a skin graft on her shoulder. This surgery is a two part (possibly three part) process. She had the first surgery which went very well. She is due to undergo her second surgery in the next few days followed by roughly a week of bed rest at the hospital. We ask for your continued prayers with Lucy's second surgery, recovery, and that she wouldn't need a third surgery. And lastly, thank you, thank you to everyone that has donated towards her hospital bills.

As many of you know, Jared's daughter, Lucy, had an accident at home in which she reached for a cup of hot tea on the counter, and it fell on her causing burns to her left shoulder and chest. After a trip to their local ER, Lucy was transferred to a pediatric burn unit in Richmond for treatment. After a few days at the burn unit, Lucy has been released. She will be at home where Jared and Ashley will be cleaning her burns and returning to Richmond every few days for the doctor to evaluate her progress.

We are putting together this gofundme page to help Jared and Ashley with Lucy's medical bills. A lot of you are aware that Jared is transitioning jobs right now as he is building up his real estate business. Unfortunately at this time, they are without medical insurance. We don't know the full amount of the bills right now, but a few days in a specialized hospital will add up. Please give if you are able, but most importantly, we ask that you continue to lift them up in prayer. We have been truly encouraged watching the Lord healing her in an unexpected way as the attending doctors and nurses expressed that the degree of her healing thus far is unusual. Lucy's road to recovery is still long with the possibility of needing skin graft surgery if infection occurs, but we rely on the Lord to handle all aspects of her healing.
