Help Frederick reach his goals!

Hi, my name is Frederick Stuckwisch. I am a high school senior and a pre-professional ballet dancer from South Bend, Indiana, pursuing my dream to dance professionally.

I started my dance training six years ago at Southold Dance Theater and immediately found my passion. Three years ago, at my first competition, as the youngest competitor in my division, I won the 1st prize in the Senior Men's Category at the Youth America Grand Prix regionals in Indianapolis. Two years later, at the same competition, I won the Senior "Grand Prix" that is awarded to the top overall competitor in all categories. I was then invited to compete at the Youth American Grand Prix International Finals in Tampa, Florida, where I placed in the top 20.

This year I have been fortunate enough to be accepted into the prestigious "Prix de Lausanne." The Prix de Lausanne is an international dance competition that is held once a year in Switzerland. This competition is for young dancers seeking to pursue a professional career in classical ballet. Many of the former prize winners are now leading stars with major ballet companies around the world!

I am starting this Go Fund Me to raise funds to assist with the costs related to my travel for the Prix de Lausanne, as well as other international ballet competitions such as the Youth American Grand Prix and the USA International Ballet Competition.

I am so thankful for all the opportunities that God has given me over the years to pursue my passion for dance, and I wish to do my school and family proud and represent Southold and South Bend to the very best of my ability!
