Help for funeral and autopsy costs

My name is Vitaliy Barbeau and my younger brother, Stanislav went missing yesterday and today the police found him deceased. He was a 21 year old university student in Taldy-Korgan, Kazakhstan that was studying to be an interpreter. This is a very difficult time for my family. Stanislav was young, friendly, smart, and compassionate- always helping everyone. My mother is retired and only receives a small pension and our other siblings that work are helping to pay for costs of the younger kids that are in college. Anything would help. Kazakhstan does not have life insurance and the police expect family to pay for all autopsy and funeral costs.
