Help buy a new car or possibly a truck

My name is Seth and I just lost my first car. I got it when I was 15 and I’ve had it for almost 2.5 years. It was an ex police car so it was the coolest thing to have as a teenager. After driving on the highway for a lil bit something by the fire wall got hot and smoke started coming through the vents. I got to my buddy’s house which was down the street from where it started smoking and as I got out and checked the engine bay I could already see a small fire. I didn’t have anything to put it out with so all I could do is get out what I can. Sooner after that the rest of the car just caught fire and was fully engulfed at one point. I’m just looking for some kind of money that can help me get a new vehicle. Hoping for a truck but with todays market, I highly doubt it. Please help out if you can and thank you.
