It Takes Courage Asking For Help At 67
Donation protected
As my header said, at 68 years of age, it takes a ton of courage having to start your own campaign asking for help. After a lifetime of hard work, dedication & perseverance, I'm reaching out for support during an incredibly challenging chapter of my life. As a 68 year old widow, I've overcome countless obstacles & trauma. Despite the heartbreak of losing my husband, I've given everything I have to caring for & nurturing those suffering from alzheimer & dementia patients as an activity coordinator.
There comes a time in one’s life when you just can’t make it alone & need a little help! I’ve been a warrior. I’ve jumped more hurdles than I can count, but, this hurdle, is just too big for me to handle alone as I find myself in a battle, facing eviction & the frightening thought of having nowhere to call home. With your help, I will be able to get back on my feet & join my son & only grandchild in Colorado. They are my greatest hope, my joy, my world. Every contribution will bring me one step closer to them as well as stability & safety from homelessness.
My son who suffered a devastating business loss due to COVID, has been my rock, offering emotional support despite him & his family experiencing overwhelming financial challenges since losing his company & moving in with his in-laws.
Your support will help me rebuild, rediscover hope. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing my campaign far and wide. Thank you for your kindness, love & generosity!
