Help us get settled in our new homestead

Hello my name is Tomara and my family who is Zakat eligible needs your help. My husband and I have been married for 21 years and we have amazing 8 children together. Our dream has always been to start a farm and now we are closer than ever and need your help. Our biggest blessing is finding Islam 13 years ago. Before Islam we were homeless with 3 children and another on the way. Our 4th child who was our 1st son was stillborn a couple of days before the due date due to a true knot in his umbilical cord. This catastrophe pushed us to Islam. Islam was exactly what we had been searching for. I am comforted by knowing that my child I lost is being taken care of by the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) peace be upon him. After Islam we got into low income housing and continued to be blessed with 4 more children. Alhamdulillah!

Allah has blessed us with some land! My Father who passed left it to me. ALHAMDULILLAH!! He took his shahada hours before he died. Our land has electricity and water but no house. Our land is in New Mexico and we are currently in the San Francisco Bay area in low-income housing that we can no longer afford because our landlord keeps raising the rent . We need help with moving expenses.

I will use the funds rent a U-Haul truck or something similar as well as gas to get to our new home.
