Help Earthquake Survivor Students Who Lost Parents

Hi, My name is Demiroz, and I am a Turkish American who lives in Florida. As you might have seen on the news, there were two huge earthquakes with magnitudes of 7.6 and 7.8 that hit Turkey and caused 2000 aftershocks. And 20 million people got affected by it. The death toll is currently 48,000. Thousands more were injured. Four years ago, some of my friends lost their homes and loved ones in another earthquake in Izmir, Turkey. A devastating natural disaster like this has more effect on people who are in their 20s and in college. In Turkey, it is almost impossible for someone that young to work and study at the same time and be able to cover their living and college expenses. So most of the students who lost their parents because of this earthquake are most likely to stop being able to continue their education. We are hoping to get donations to cover few (depending on how much donation we get the people who we are able to help is going to increase) college students monthly expenses to help them continue their education. $400 is approximately what a college student needs each month, so by even donating a little bit, you can be contributing to someone's life! Our $50.000 goal equals to one year expenses for 10 students. If we are able to reach our goal, we will set a new goal for helping more students. Thank you for your donations.
