Help Tracy Conquer Cancer

Hi All, as many of our friends, colleagues, and family know, our father has been battling prostate cancer for an unbelievable 20+ years. With the strength and determination of him and his incredible wife Mary, he has done so with minimally invasive, naturopathic treatment methods. Unfortunately, the time has come to start chemotherapy as his cancer has metastasized to his bones and is no longer responding to the less aggressive treatments.

 

We are very fortunate that his VA benefits cover the majority of his medical bills however they do not cover the holistic treatments that he requires to both offset the damages caused by chemo and help his body tolerate the aggressive drugs. This is where our plea comes in….

 

Our dad has dramatically benefited from Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and IV Vitamin Infusions in the past. These treatments have both aided in decreasing his PSA levels while giving his body the nutrients he requires to withstand the side effects of the drugs. These treatments are very costly however are an absolutely necessary part of his treatment protocol.

 

Our goal amount would support 3-4 treatments of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and IV Infusions a week for a year as well as travel expenses to and from chemo appointments (80 miles/day 5x/week). 

 

Our dad is many things: father, grandfather, husband, photographer, comedian, adventurer, collector, historian, poet, flashlight enthusiast, veteran. We are determined to add cancer conqueror to the list.
